A non refundable deposit required at the time of booking to secure your date and vehicle.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply based on when written notice is received:
More than 60 days before the event: You will receive a full refund of any balance paid, minus the £100 non-refundable deposit.
Between 60 and 30 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund of the total hire fee, minus the £100 non-refundable deposit.
Fewer than 30 days before the event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, and the full balance is forfeited.
Rebooking Courtesy: If you cancel within 60 days but we are subsequently able to re-book the car for another client on your original date, we will gladly refund any forfeited balance (less a small administrative fee).
